Good morning! Today I'm showing you some images from the Rodarte exhibition hosted at the National Museum of Women in the Arts in DC. The Mulleavy sisters have been creating unique garments since 2005, becoming the fashion equivalent to Basquiat. Their designs experiment with different fabrics and processes, layering techniques to destroy and build volumes in an innovative way. Their dresses might not be the most flattering we have seen, but I find their bold mix of textures and techniques really interesting, and their inspirations are also really shown on each collection. Let me know what you think!
