El mercado de Sant Josep (La Boquería) ya ha salido aquí alguna vez, pero siempre que puedo me gusta pasarme y dar una vuelta por allí, mezclándome con las señoras que van con su carro a comprar pescado y los turistas que van con su cámara a tomar un zumo de fruta fresquito.
Sant Josep Market (La Boquería) was previously on the blog, but I like to visit it whenever I have the time and mingle with the old ladies who go to shop food with their trolleys and the tourists who go to drink a fruit juice with their cameras.
Hoy os traigo un post distinto, con mezcla de evento, lugar y look, todo en Barcelona! Si me seguís en Instagram ya sabéis que estuve en el Sónar hace unos días, viendo el directo de Skrillex, uno de esos "típicos" fantásticos planes familiares (ya lo vimos actuar en Amsterdam el año pasado).
Today's post is something different, a mix of event, place and outfit of the day, all in Barcelona! If you follow me on Instagram you already know I was at the Sónar a few days back, watching Skrillex live, one of those "typicall" fantastic family plans (we were at his Amsterdam show last year).
Pasamos una tarde divertidísima, primero una vuelta descapotada por el centro de Barcelona, luego tomamos algo en la terraza del hotel W Barcelona, donde estuvimos con el artista y su equipo (todos encantadores), y rematamos la noche/madrugada con la actuación de Skrillex subido a su nave espacial! Feliz lunes!!!
We had a blast, the evening started with a ride on a convertible through Barcelona centre, then drinks at the W Barcelona hotel terrace, where we met the artist and his crew (super nice), and then we topped the night with Skrillex show, on a spaceship! Happy monday everyone!!!

Almagro es un pequeño pueblo de Ciudad Real famoso por su Corral de Comedias, del siglo s.XVII y el único en el mundo de este tipo que se ha conservado íntegramente. Esta situado en la Plaza Mayor, también muy conocida por el encanto que tiene al ser porticada y con todos los ventanales pintados de verde. El pueblo sigue conservando la artesanía, sobre todo los encajes y la cestería, y está salpicado por casas solariegas y palacios. Por último, en el convento franciscano del s.XVI se encuentra el Parador, con unos preciosos jardines enclaustrados.
Almagro is a small town in Ciudad Real famous for its Corral de Comedias, the only 17th century theatre of this kind preserved in the world. It's located in the Main Square, also famous for the porch square with stone columns and green windows. Several artisans can be found there, specially for basketmaking and pillow lace. The town has many manor houses and palaces, and the 16th century franciscan convent has been turned into a Parador with beautiful patios and gardens.
Dejamos atrás Baeza para llegar, entre un mar de olivos, hasta Úbeda, otra ciudad de Jaen con un rico patrimonio monumental gracias a personajes como Francisco de los Cobos y el arquitecto Andrés de Vandelvira. Empezamos la visita en la plaza Vázquez de Molina, donde se encuentran la espectacular capilla del Salvador, el palacio del Deán Ortega que hoy es un Parador, el palacio de las cadenas y la Iglesia mayor.
We leave Baeza behind and reach Úbeda through an ocean of olives. The city, also in Jaen, has a great monumental heritage thanks mainly to Francisco de los Cobos and his architect Andrés de Vandelvira. We start the tour at Vázquez de Molina square, surrounded by the Salvador chapel, the palace of Deán Ortega which is nowadays a Parador, the palace of the chains and the main church.
