Buenos días! Hoy os quiero presentar a Linda Fernanda que, aunque por Instagram ya ha salido este verano, todavía no había aparecido por aquí. Es pequeña pero matona, no sabéis la cantidad de calcetines que roba al día, se ha comido toda la hierbabuena de casa, así que este verano lo hemos pasado sin mojitos, ladra como si fuese una leona y muerde como un cocodrilo, pero es tan cariñosa que se lo perdono todo. Tenéis mascotas? Sois de gatos o de perros? O de perdices?

Muy buenos días! Qué tal la primera semana de septiembre? Os ha costado volver a la rutina? Yo me niego a aceptar el fin del verano y sigo luciendo moreno y modelitos veraniegos. Hoy llevo uno de los turbantes #SugarLaneRainbow a modo de diadema, que con mi nuevo corte de pelo se ha convertido en mi mejor accesorio. Y para seguir con buen rollo, la camiseta Besos Rojos que tanto me gusta! Feliz semana!

Buenos días! Despues del fin de semana en el Ciento y Pico Market lo primero quiero dar las gracias a todos los que os pasasteis, me encantó veros! El viernes tendréis post con el evento ;) Hoy os enseño el look que llevé el primer día, con la seda como protagonista y los accesorios en morado "radiant orchid", nombrado color del año por el Señor Pantone. Hace mucho que no os enseño un look con turbante y ahora, gracias a El Tiempo entre Costuras, vuelven a estar en muchas cabezas. Siempre han sido mi accesorio favorito, sobre todo en verano, y con el viento que está haciendo estos días es la solución ideal para evitar acabar con los pelos de loca!

I haven't shown you any turban lately and now, thanks to The Time in Between, they're back on many heads. It's always been my favorite accessory, specially in summers, and with the windy weather we're having nowadays in Spain it's the perfect solution to avoid messy hair!

Fumando puros con sus turbantes con grandes lazos y flores, paseando por el malecón al atardecer y bebiendo mojitos para soportar el calor. Ya es verano???

One more week we continue with Sensahion and the Around the World series. This time inspiration is coming from Cuba, from tanned women dressed in white, full of ruffles. Smoking cigars with big bow turbans and flowers, walking on the pier at sunset and drinking mojitos to stand the heat. Is it summer already???

Esta semana la revista S Moda celebró en Madrid la Fashion & Bloggers Date, un evento en el que reunieron a marcas y bloggers en el Palacete de los Duques de Pastrana. El evento fue sobre todo primaveral! Unos jardines estupendos llenos de prendas de colores y bloggers alegres. Lo pasamos de maravilla y, como siempre, fue un placer reencontrarme con mis compis de la blogosfera! Felíz domingo!!!

Hacía mucho que no os enseñaba un look con turbante, y hoy tengo una razón estupenda para hacerlo: el IOU Project, que, como alguien me dijo el otro día, combina mi amor por la India con mi pasión por el diseño y mi deseo de mejorar el Mundo.

I haven’t showed you any turban lately, and today I have a great excuse to do so: The IOU Project, which combines my love for India, my passion for design and my desire to improve the World.

Este proyecto, ideado por Kavita Parmar, es un nuevo modelo de negocio basado en la sostenibilidad, la transperencia, la originalidad y el comercio justo. Cada prenda es única y posee una historia, a la que podemos acceder a través de un código, de esta forma conocemos al tejedor indio que creó un lungi, al artesano europeo que lo transformó en una prenda de diseño IOU y por último a la persona que terminó por comprarla, que puede subir su foto con la prenda para así completar el ciclo de vida.

This project, created by Kavita Parmar, is a new business model based on sustainability, transparency, uniqueness and fair trade. Every item is one of a kind and has its own story, which we can know thanks to a code. This way we get to know the Indian weaver who made a lungi, the European artisan who turned it into an IOU garment and finally the person who bought it, who can upload a picture wearing it so the circle is completed.

Noche de las Velas

Ayer se celebró en Pedraza la Noche de Las Velas, y yo no quise perdérmelo. Es una maravilla ver el pueblecito entero iluminado con velas mientras la sinfónica de Galicia toca en la plaza. Si os lo perdisteis no pasa nada, porque el sábado 14 lo repiten!

Yesterday was the Candles Night in Pedraza, and I really enjoyed it. The small town was full of candles while an orchestra played in the main square. Don’t worry if you missed it, they do it again next Saturday!

La semana pasada, aprovechando el puente, pasé unos días en Budapest. La verdad es que me sorprendió la ciudad, con mil rincones adorables, un clima excelente, arquitectura de lo más ecléctica y una gastronomía deliciosa.

Golden Xmas!

Los turbantes fueron mi accesorio favorito en verano, y ahora he decidido llevarlo también en invierno. Es comodísimo porque evita que el viento me despeine y además si hace mucho frío puedo enrollármelo al cuello y utilizarlo de bufanda! Hoy me lo he puesto con mis jeans dorados, una de las prendas estrella de la temporada y muy apropiada para la navidad, y lo he combinado todo con negro, para darle un toque mas sobrio. Qué os parece?

The turban was my favourite accesory this summer, and now I have decided to wear it also in winter. It's really usefull cause it avoids the wind messing my hair up and when it's really cold I can wrap it around my neck and wear it as a scarf! Today I'm wearing it with golden jeans, one of this season musts, and really appropiate for christmas, combined with black to give a smart touch. What do you think?
