Yo acabo de llegar, con las pilas cargadas y muchas ganas de enseñaros lo que tengo preparado para esta temporada; lugares maravillosos, gastronomía, DIY, nueva colección de Sugar Lane Design y una nueva colaboración con Cascabel. Qué os parece la tendencia de las deportivas blancas??? Yo cada vez que me las pongo tengo la sensación de haber vuelto al instituto! La verdad es que a mí las deportivas me gusta reservarlas para hacer deporte, pero no pude resistirme a estas playeras, creo que me darán mucho juego en primavera o en cualquier viaje. Qué os parece está vuelta a la comodidad? Sois de ir en deportivas por la vida? Os limitáis a unas blancas y discretas o preferís los colores flúor y las suelas con cámara de aire?

What do you think about white sneakers??? I feel like going back to high school every time I wear them! I actually use to wear sneakers only for training, but I couldn't stop myself when I saw this pair, I think I'll wear them a lot during Spring or in one of my trips. Are you into this sporty trend? Do you stick to white simple ones or go nuts for neon colors and platforms?

Os habéis congelado ya??? Yo soy bastante calurosa, por lo que no suelo vestirme con prendas demasiado abrigadas, pero salir a la calle con estas temperaturas es un reto, así que tiro de super abrigo calentito, que es infalible para estos días! Tenéis algún maxi abrigo? Feliz semana!

Good morning! How was the first week of september? Hard time going back to your routine? I refuse to believe summer is over, so I stay tanned and keep wearing summer outfits. Today I'm wearing a #SugarLaneRainbow turban, hairband style, which has become my best accessory since I got a haircut. And the red kisses tee gives the good vibe to the outfit. Have a great week!

El blanco total me encanta, y en este caso el maxi vestido con las alpargatas son un buen ejemplo de un look "total white", pero he querido ir más allá añadiendo el bolso étnico indio y la cazadora vaquera con un toque diferente. Qué os parece?

I love total white outfits, and this maxi dress with espadrilles could have been a good one, but I wanted to do something else, so I've added the indian ethnic bag and my denim jacket for a different twist, how do you like it?

Esta es la primera y última vez que véis esta blusa. Así que disfrutadla! Desde hace un par de años un sinfín de webs de ropa china me bombardean cada semana pidiéndome que colabore con ellas. Siempre lo rechazo porque no me fío de la calidad de esas prendas, y además creo que han hecho una entrada en el mercado tan agresiva que acabarán por cargarse a muchas empresas locales de calidad que no pueden competir con esos precios. Eso sin contar las exigencias que tienen para regalarte una camiseta de 3 €, pero bueno, el caso es que hace un par de meses le dije que sí a una de estas webs, por cansinos, con la esperanza de que así dejasen de colapsarme la bandeja de entrada.

This is the first and last time you see this blouse. Enjoy it! For the last couple of years I've been receiving endless emails from chinese online stores proposing collaborations. I always decline them cause I don't trust the quality of the items, and I think they are lowering the quality standars of the market. Not to mention the demands they usually have in exchange for a cheap tee-shirt, but, the thing is that a couple months back I said yes to one of these websites, hoping they will finally stop collapsing my inbox.

La verdad es que a mi me parece muy estiloso y creo que sienta bien, pero más de uno me ha dicho que parezco turca por ir tan tapada! Os gusta o lo véis muy burka? Very good morning! Let's start the week with energy! Introducing my dress-burka. I actually think this dress is stylish and flattering, but some have said I look like a turkish girl in such covered clothes! Do you like it or you think it looks like a burka? Comments please! I really love it anyways, so I'll keep wearing it till the fabric tears apart :P

Me voy de Madrid. Los próximos meses los pasaré en la India continuando con mi nuevo proyecto, por lo que va a haber algunos cambios en el blog. Espero seguir publicando con frecuencia, y puede que os acerque un poco más a la moda oriental. Para despedirme he elegido uno de los mejores planes de Madrid en verano, subir a las azoteas de la ciudad y verla desde las alturas, cual es vuestro edificio favorito???

I'm leaving Madrid. I'll spend a few months in India working on my new project, so there'll be a few changes on the blog. I'll try to post at least once a week, and maybe show you a little bit of eastern fashion. For the farewell I've chosen one of the best summer plans in Madrid, visiting the rooftops and see the city from a higher perspective. Which one is your favorite building???

Ya os conté que los próximos viernes los dedicaré al Share-IN-Style, y el tema elegido para esta semana es la FALDA. A mi me encantan en formato maxi, y para el look de hoy he decidido combinar una falda tradicional india con una camisa blanca, porque no hace falta más colorido, os gusta? 

I told you that Fridays have become Share - IN - Style day, and the chosen theme for today are SKIRTS. I love maxi versions, and for this look I've combined an indian bandhani ghagra with a plain white shirt, no need to add any more color, how do you like it?

Aunque estoy de vacaciones playeras siempre hay tiempo para descubrir algún lugar, no va a ser todo sol y mar! Hoy subimos al castillo de Cullera, una pequeña fortaleza de origen musulman con unas vistas alucinantes de la albufera, las montañas, la desembocadura del Júcar y el mar Mediterráneo.

Even when I'm on the beach spending the summer holidays I find time to discover a new place, Sun, sea and sand are ok, but I like to explore a lil further! Today w're going all the way up to the Castle of Cullera, a small fortress, originally muslim, with a great panoramic view of the albufera, the mountains, the Júcar river mouth and the Mediterranean sea.

Dejamos atrás Baeza para llegar, entre un mar de olivos, hasta Úbeda, otra ciudad de Jaen con un rico patrimonio monumental gracias a personajes como Francisco de los Cobos y el arquitecto Andrés de Vandelvira. Empezamos la visita en la plaza Vázquez de Molina, donde se encuentran la espectacular capilla del Salvador, el palacio del Deán Ortega que hoy es un Parador, el palacio de las cadenas y la Iglesia mayor.

We leave Baeza behind and reach Úbeda through an ocean of olives. The city, also in Jaen, has a great monumental heritage thanks mainly to Francisco de los Cobos and his architect Andrés de Vandelvira. We start the tour at Vázquez de Molina square, surrounded by the Salvador chapel, the palace of Deán Ortega which is nowadays a Parador, the palace of the chains and the main church.

El gran protagonista de este viaje es sin duda el rio Nilo, por el que vamos en crucero de una ciudad a otra, pero para apreciarlo de verdad y disfrutar de la puesta de sol lo mejor es un paseo en faluca, llegando hasta un poblado nubio para conocer un poco mas de la zona y sus costumbres.

Los templos de Abu Simbel fueron desplazados cuando se construyo la Alta Presa de Aswan, de no haber sido así hoy estarían en las profundidades del lago Nasser. Toda la operación fue de la magnitud que rodea todas las obras faraónicas, pero sin duda mereció la pena. Igual que el viajecito a las 3 de la mañana hasta la zona nubia, un amanecer único!

Abu Simbel temples were relocated when the High Dam of Aswan was built, otherwise they'll be under Lake Nasser water nowadays. The project was as huge as the pharaonic works are, but it was worth it. As well as the trip at 3 a.m. to the Nubian area, unique sunrise!

El monasterio del Escorial, que en tiempos fue palacio de la familia real española, se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado de la Sierra de Madrid, rodeado de naturaleza y aire fresco de las montañas.

Tenía pensado pasarme mi día libre tumbada al sol en la piscina, pero el viento hizo que acabase en otro sitio… concretamente en uno de mis restaurantes favoritos disfrutando la mejor ternera con patatas del mundo. Además aproveché el vendaval para ponerme esta falda vintage, que en cuanto la mueves un poco es todo un espectáculo!
