Good morning! Today I have a special post just in time for wedding season, in case you can use it as inspiration. My sister in law got married last Summer and I had the honor to receive the bridal bouquet, so I decided to make a Christmas gift for the newlyweds using the flowers. This way they can keep a pretty souvenir from that day.
The resulting idea was a frame with their initials made out of flowers. I want to share it in case you can use the idea for a couple that is getting married, or for yourseelf. And even if you don't get the bridal bouquet, you can get some flowers from the decorations and use them to make something similar ;) You can also use this tutorial for an ocassion without a wedding, just dry some flowers and I'll look great.
Necesitas / You need:
- Flores secas / Dry flowers
- Un marco con algo de profundidas / A frame with some depth
- Pistola dee pegamento / Glue gun
- Cartulina / Cardboard
- Papel, lápiz y rotulador / Paper, pencil and marker
- Tijeras / Scissors
Select and cut the dry flowers you like
Glue the flowers filling the initials silhouette
Insert the cardboard with the flowers in the frame.
Add the bouquet ribbon to the frame as a decorative touch.
