Este está siendo mi primer verano en la capital y, aunque por una vez me haya quedado sin vacaciones, las tardes de paseo urbanita tienen su encanto. A veces te encuentras a toda una orquesta clásica tocando delante del Palacio Real y puedes disfrutar de un helado de chocolate con Vivaldi de fondo.
El domingo pasado el paseo con mis amigas, protagonizado por amplias mangas!, comenzó en Plaza España, recorrimos los alrededores del palacio, Ópera, Sol (dónde aún quedaban indignados), Fuencarral, el Mercado de San Antón y acabamos de mojitos en Chueca, intentando bajar los butter rotis de la cena india.
This is the first summer I stay in Madrid and, although for once I have no holidays, the urban walks in the afternoon are kind of charming. Sometimes you might even find a classic orchestra playing in front of the Royal Palace, so you can enjoy a chocolate icecream whith Vivaldi on the background.
Last Sunday the walk with my friends, highlighted by wide sleeves!, started at Plaza España, round the palace, up to Ópera and Sol (where some 15-M activists were still standing), Fuencarral, San Anton Market and ended up in Chueca having some mojitos after a yummy Indian dinner.
